In the secure form of filling in Eurobank you can fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date and issuing bank).
We suggest, for your own safety, to be present at the delivery of your order, having your ID and credit card with you.

In your deposit you will need to enter your Name as well as your order number (presupposes the production of an order number by our system at an earlier stage).
After completing your order, you will be notified immediately with an informative e-mail (there is a possibility that the informative e-mail was sent to the Spam / Junk of your mail). The products that are available for orders that will be received until 14:00 on a working day are sent directly by us by courier. Orders received after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day by courier. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 3-4 days. Non-immediately available products are shipped as soon as they become available. Deliveries are made on working days between 10:00 – 18:00. Our company is not responsible for delays that will arise due to the fault of the courier company or for reasons of force majeure. In any case, we are committed to making every effort to eliminate the problem.

* According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the titration of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in cm / 5000) is greater than its actual weight, the charge is made according to the result of the titration.
All the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with the analysis of your order.
In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer as soon as we are notified either by phone (2130081013) or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In case the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, ths.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them. In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if: a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return (by phone or e-mail), does not exceed 14 calendar days, and b) the packaging has not been violated and is in its original condition. In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs after consultation.
